Submissions Down

Submissions are currently down, and various parts of the site are going to be inaccessible over the next few days. Part of the database is corrupted and needs to be rebuilt, and several parts of the website are outdated and confusing. I am going to try and fix them at the same time. I don't know for sure how long this will take, but I am working as fast as possible on it. Please bear with me.
